Tour de Corn is committed to providing a safe, organized, and enjoyable cycling event for all participants. Please review the following policies prior to registering.

2026 Registration & Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable.

We hate that you won't be able to join us this year. Because we are a charity ride, we don't offer refunds. If you purchased merchandise, we can redirect your registration fee to the S&H costs to get your gear to you this summer.

Can’t make it and pre-ordered merchandise? You can send $9.00 via Square or mail a check to PO Box 99 East Prairie, MO 63845 for USPS S&H. Once we have your merchandise in the mail, we will follow-up with tracking information. If we do not hear from you by August 15, your merchandise will be considered donated back into our charity efforts.

Tour de Corn is a rain-or-shine event. Registration fees support event planning, supplies, safety coverage, and charitable causes. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued due to weather, personal schedule changes, or other circumstances.

2026 Deferral Policy

March 1, 2026 - May 15, 2026 | Registrants may defer their 2026 registration to Tour de Corn 2027.

After May 15, 2026, no deferrals will be offered. Deferrals are only valid for one year. No subsequent deferrals (deferrals for multiple years) are allowed.

2026 Transfer Policy

March 1, 2026 - May 15, 2026 | Registrants may transfer their registration to another individual. The participant is responsible for managing all financial transactions with the other individual. No transfers are available after this date. Registrations are non-transferable unless approved by event organizers in advance.

Weather Policy
The ride will take place rain or shine.

As stated in the event waiver, “The Event Organizer has the sole discretion to alter, change, or cancel the event.”

If the event is altered or canceled, Tour de Corn does not guarantee full or partial refunds of any fees paid.

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, organizers may delay, modify, or cancel the ride in the interest of participant safety. Any such decisions will be communicated as promptly as possible. But all riders will ride at their own risk.

Safety Requirements
- Helmets are required for all riders.
- Riders must obey all traffic laws.
- This is an open-road ride.
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.

If you total our 13 years times -- 33 miles for each year -- we have ridden in Mississippi County at total of 429 miles. There must be some magic in that old blacktop road(s) that keep bringing us back. Folks, this is the creme de la creme of all rides. These organizers know how to run a ride.

The rest stop and road marking were clear. Every person who was helping at the stops registration tables, etc. were some of the best mannered people. So to sum this AWESOME JOB.
